But as someone who is not a brilliant cook by any stretch of the imagination, I find it can get a bit repetitive, often opting for the usual chips, (vegetarian) sausages, burgers and the like far too often for my liking.
Luckily, there's cookbooks that are specifically made with air fryers in mind in order to avoid the daily monotony. The number 1 bestseller, which is currently number six on Amazon's book charts this week, is Bored of Lunch written by Nathan Anthony.
The cookbook normally retails for £20 but has been slashed by 50% to just £10 as part of Amazon's Spring Deal Days sale, which is running until Monday (Monday 25), as the Daily Record reports.
