Air fryer fan's recipe for ham and cheese quiche that makes a 'wonderful' dish

A budding chef has shared a 'wonderful' recipe for a DIY quiche that can be whipped up in minutes in the air fryer.The creator, who goes by @cookisintheair on TikTok, shared the quiche recipe on the platform that boasts a whopping 5.7 million views so far.

The video has also garnered almost 90,000 likes and over 33,000 shares with people praising the simple and healthy recipe.In the video, the chef spread a tortilla wrap with some butter and then sprinkled some grated cheese around the outside of the wrap.They then placed the wrap into an air fryer baking tin that will keep the quiche from spilling into the drawer.

The TikToker placed this into the air fryer so that it curled up and turned into a bowl on its own. They then whisked up four eggs and poured this into the wrap - adding salt, pepper, spinach, ham, cheese and tomatoes on top.

The chef then set the air fryer to 180C for 15 minutes and let it cook away, before pulling the now steaming quiche out of the drawer.Viewers flocked to the comments section to share their thoughts on this recipe as one wrote: "I tried this recipe exactly the first time and it was a really good recipe and the second time I tweaked the recipe by adding tomato sauce on the tortilla surface and Italian herb and capsicum to egg.
