As an antidote to the high street, an old textile mill in Stockport is hosting a small makers market this weekend. With hand crafted items and one-off pieces, it’s definitely the place to go if you’re looking for a unique gift.

Miru Mill is a small business which has been renovating an early 19th century textile mill. It’s opening to the public for the first time on Sunday December 10, from 11-4pm, hosting stalls from 10 local makers.
