90s rap star dies 'unexpectedly' at just 57 after 'feeling sick'

Rapper Paul Costict, known for his hit song My Baby Daddy with the 90s group B-Rock and The Bizz, has sadly passed away at the age of 57.

A family member revealed that he died "unexpectedly" at his home in Norfolk, Virginia on Saturday, and that he had been feeling "sick" in the days leading up to his death.The rapper was a member of 90s rap band B-Rock and The Bizz, best-known for the major hit My Baby Daddy which soared on the charts in 1997.The rap group initially formed in 1986 and gained fame for being the first group to come from Mobile, Alabama.

The band was made up of Paul, his brother Leevirt Agee, and Thaddeus T-Bird Maye, with the famous song reaching number 10 in the US Billboard music chart.

Fans took to X, formally known as Twitter, to share their heartfelt messages, as one said: "May his gentle soul rest in peace", while another added: "Sad news in the rap world!".
