Sam's neurodiversity can mean he has trouble with focus and listening, so some viewers were uncomfortable to see the other campmates pile on as a group in telling him to calm down while he tried to take his turn cooking dinner one night.
Former Love Island and Strictly Come Dancing star Zara shared how Sam, 31, would have felt in the moment with the "overwhelming" number of voices all speaking at him at once.
Appearing on Thursday's This Morning, she watched a clip of the moment with hosts Rylan and Emma Willis as Fred Sirieix was shown telling him: "Sam you need to concentrate now," with others including Nick Pickard repeating "calm down".
