Rachel Fulstow, 37, is jointly charged with the murder of 38-year-old Liam Smith, who was shot dead outside his home in Wigan before having acid thrown over him.
She claimed to be ‘petrified’ of her co-defendant, 39-year-old Michael Hillier, who she had been in a relationship with at the time of the killing.
Hillier, of Ecclesall Road, Sheffield, has admitted killing Mr Smith and pleaded guilty to manslaughter, but denies murder. Fulstow, of Andrew Drive, York, denies murder, manslaughter; and perverting the course of justice.
