Vicky Pattison appeared to be smiling through gritted teeth as she stripped to her bikini to take a freezing plunge as part of an honest message to her fans.

The former Geordie Shore star took to Instagram with a snap of herself sporting a black two-piece and a beanie hat as she stood in an ice bath.

The tanned TV star showed off her incredible figure as she flexed her muscles while taking on the invigorating task but Vicky's post wasn't just about her looking fabulous in a bikini as the following images showed her emotional and in tears before taking on some physical exercise and getting some vitamin D in the sun.
