He looked more confident than ever following "the hardest challenge of his life" - taking part in the new series of Celebrity SAS, which comes back to our TV screens next week.The Only Way is Essex star Arg had battled drug addiction, but in moving on from substance abuse he had turned to comfort eating and saw his weight rocket to 27 stone.
Reality star Arg got a wake up call when doctors warned he was putting his life in danger, particularly during the pandemic when he was told Covid could kill him because he was in such poor health.
Arg had a gastric sleeve procedure in 2021 and halved his weight, but has been working hard since then to keep the weight off and stay toned.
