A royal rule involving Prince William and his son Prince George could be taking effect next year, based on what happened when William turned 12 years old.

During a Hello magazine podcast, King Charles‘ former pilot, Graham Laurie, spoke about a rule that applied to Prince William when he turned 12. Graham told the podcast, “Interestingly, we flew all four: the Prince [King Charles], the Princess [the late Princess Diana], Prince William and Prince Harry, up until Prince William was 12 years old.
