The Traitors winner Meryl Williams has revealed she spent part of her winnings on forehead surgery, but warned the procedure is "not for the fainthearted".

Meryl, 27, won the first series of BBC's The Traitors alongside co-stars Hannah Byczkowski and Aaron Evans, with the trio splitting the £99,000 prize fund between them.

Meryl previously told how winning £33,000 enabled her to quit her customer service job, and she's now revealed that she spent part of her prize money on forehead reduction surgery, as she'd always "hated" her forehead. The star has a form of dwarfism called achondroplasia, which can lead to a large forehead after the growth of cartilage is affected by it.

In February 2023, Meryl inquired about the procedure at London's Harley Street Specialist Hospital and in July she underwent the two-hour surgery.
