‘The Santa Clauses’ Season 2 Trailer: Tim Allen Meets Eric Stonestreet’s “Mad Santa”
deadline.comDisney+ has dropped the trailer for Season 2 of The Santa Clauses, which finds the Calvin family back at the North Pole and Scott Calvin (Tim Allen) facing some stiff competition from Eric Stonestreet‘s Magnus Anta (aka The Mad Santa). “I am Santa, the rightful Santa,” Stonestreet exclaims in the trailer. “The Santa who occupies the North Pole now is a fraud!” He adds, “Revenge will be swift — and sweet.
I am Santa, after all.” In Season 2, Scott continues his role as Santa Claus after his retirement plans were thwarted when he failed to fine a worthy successor in Season 1.
Now that Scott and his family have successfully saved Christmas, Scott turns his focus towards training his son Calvin to eventually take over the “family business” as Santa Claus.
In addition to Allen, who also executive produces, and new cast member Stonestreet, Season 2 stars Elizabeth Mitchell as Mrs.
