The Offspring have shared details of a new album titled ‘Supercharged’. Check out the lead single ‘Make It All Right’ below.The forthcoming LP from the California punk rock band arrives on October 11 via Concord, and will mark the follow-up to their huge 2021 album ‘Let The Bad Times Roll’.According to the band, the main priority this time around was to deliver the same feeling of energy and intensity that first put them on the map.
It also sees them once again join forces with renowned producer Bob Rock.Today (June 7), to celebrate the release, The Offspring have dropped the first taster of what to expect from the album in the form of lead single ‘Make It All Right’.Like with what’s expected from the full album, the single delivers a hard punch of energy, as well as an explosive chorus and their signature punk rock riffs throughout.
As for the inspiration behind the track, it sees the band explore what it feels like to have a “partner in crime” – someone who gives you confidence that everything will ultimately work out.“No matter what I say/ You’re always there to give a smile/‘Just suck it up,’ you’ll say/ Say it only hurts for a while,” goes the opening verse.
