'Teacup' Season 2? Peacock TV Show Renewal Status Revealed

Teacup is coming to an end on Thursday (October 31)! The show follows a disparate group of people in rural Georgia who must come together in the face of a mysterious threat in order to survive, and is inspired by the New York Times bestselling novel Stinger by Robert McCammon.

In the Season 1 finale, as the group realizes one of their own poses a threat to Arlo, while Maggie and James must do the unthinkable to save their family and neighbors.

Naturally, fans of the show are curious whether there’s a second season of the series in the works. Keep reading to find out more… As of right now, Season 2 of Teacup has not been officially confirmed. “We didn’t want to go into the world of tentpole epics, big explosions, but we wanted something that was visceral, something that was physical, something that was unexpected,” Teacup showrunner Ian McCulloch told SYFY WIRE of the Season 1 finale. “So having the car, stuck with the car, and Carol and Milo’s demise felt fitting.

But as with the entire show from episode one on, everything is one step forward, two steps back for our characters, and everything is out of the frying pan and into the fire.
