Last month, Maria Coto was on an on-site visit for her job, according to authorities via The Journal News, when she reportedly knocked on the wrong door — the residence of Hasseem Jenkins‘ uncle.
It was then Jenkins allegedly opened the door of his uncle’s home and began beating Coto. According to a statement from Westchester County’s District Attorney’s Office, Jenkins “repeatedly punched her in the face, chased her into a neighbor’s apartment and repeatedly kicked her in the head while wearing heavy boots”.
