Si King reflects on friendship with the late Dave Myers - 'There's no Hairy Bikers without him'

Following the death of Dave Myers, Si King has opened up about the future of the Hairy Bikers and his next plans.The TV star has revealed he has started to “think about what I want to do” after his co-star's passing.

Si, 57, lost his best pal Dave to cancer in February.The dynamic duo were best known for their BBC travel and cooking shows exploring culinary delights on motorcycles, having been thrilling audiences for almost two decades.

Reflecting on their friendship and moving forward, Si admitted there is "no Hairy Bikers without Dave". He added: "There’s obviously the sense of losing your best mate.

But there’s also a sense of loss in that the experiences we had together can’t go on.” With the Hairy Bikers being no more, Si is left wondering what's in store for him next, which he is finding difficult.
