Several arrests were made at Pink's concerts at Hampden Park in Glasgow this weekend. The pop legend owned the stage as tens of thousands of fans flocked to catch a glimpse of the icon on both Friday and Saturday night.
Police confirmed they made five arrests across the two days at the sold out Summer Carnival shows.Officers said two arrests were made at the stadium on Friday.
A 54-year-old man was arrested and charged in connection with a breach of the peace and assault. A woman, aged 28, was also arrested and charged in connection with an assault.A further three arrests were made on Saturday.
A 43-year-old man was arrested and charged in connection with a breach of the peace and assault on a police officer. Another man, aged 48, was arrested and charged in connection with a breach of the peace and a 34-year-old woman was arrested and charged in connection with an assault.A Police Scotland spokesperson said: “At the Pink concert at Hampden, Glasgow, on Friday, June 28, 2024, a 54-year-old man was arrested and charged in connection with a breach of the peace and assault.
