Shifty Shellshock AKA Seth Binzer, the lead singer of Crazy Town, whose 2000 song “Butterfly” became an anthem, has died aged 49.
Binzer was recorded to have died yesterday by the LA Medical Examiner earlier and no cause of death was given. The nu-metal star founded American rap rock group Crazy Town in 1995 in LA with Bret “Epic” Mazur.
The pair released tunes for several years until their debut album, The Gift of Game, saw them explode onto the scene with their third single, “Butterfly”.
