Rasmus Hojlund has sent a clear message to Manchester United teammate Alejandro Garnacho after he found the net during their Community Shield defeat against Manchester City.
The Argentine started the game as a substitute but came on just before the hour mark and had a stellar impact. In the 82nd minute, Garnacho opened the scoring for United.
A fine threaded pass from Fernandes found Garnacho free on the right-hand side. He stood up his marker before driving inside and drilling a fine low effort into the bottom corner.
Despite this, United could not hold on as City equalised in the 89th minute. Bernardo Silva was the man who got the decisive touch, as he headed home Oscar Bobb's cross to ensure the game would be decided by penalties.
