Queen Camilla breaks silence on Kate's cancer diagnosis as she provides update
ok.co.ukQueen Camilla has spoken about the Princess Of Wales's cancer diagnosis as she visited Shrewsbury. While there, Camilla spoke to two young girls who had made posters for Kate and they asked the Queen if she would pass them on to her.
Camilla told the youngsters that she would pass on the gift, before adding: "I know that Catherine is thrilled by all the kind wishes and support." For the outing, the Queen donned a brown skirt and a long camel coat, to which she added two brooches, one of a bee and a smaller one next to it of a beetle.
She also sported some black gloves and a matching purse. It comes after Kate shared a video message on Friday, 22 March, sharing the horrible news that she has been diagnosed with cancer following abdominal surgery in January, and will now be undergoing preventative chemotherapy.
Despite being originally expected to return to Royal duties next month, Kate will now focus on getting better following this diagnosis.The Princess's cancer diagnosis came just weeks after the King's own diagnosis.
