Prince William to lead Queen’s death anniversary tribute as Harry jets to UK

7.On Sept. 8, the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge, both 41, will be visiting St David’s Cathedral in South Wales to host a memorial for his late grandmother.The sovereign died last September at 96 following seven decades on the throne.An insider told to the Mirror that William will “pay homage to the life and legacy of Elizabeth II, but any message will strongly look to the future.”“It will be an emotional day for all the Royal Family, as well as many people across Britain, recognizing this date.
But of course, for others it will be just another day and life goes on,” the source continued.Other members of the Firm, including Prince Andrew and ex-wife Sarah Ferguson, William and Middleton, Queen Camilla and King Charles, and Prince Edward, will be commemorating the anniversary of the Queen’s passing at their summer residence at Balmoral Castle.
Meanwhile, Harry will reportedly not be seeing any members of his family as he passes through the UK.Shortly after his layover in his homeland, Harry will jet off Dusseldorf, Germany, on Sept.
