Prince Harry, Duke of Sussex, KCVO ADC (Henry Charles Albert David;15 September 1984) is the younger son of Charles, Prince of Wales and Diana, Princess of Wales and is sixth in the line of succession to the British throne. Harry was educated at Wetherby School, Ludgrove School, and Eton College. He spent parts of his gap year in Australia and Lesotho. He then underwent officer training at the Royal Military Academy Sandhurst. He was commissioned as a cornet (second lieutenant) into the Blues and Royals, serving temporarily with his brother Prince William, and he completed his training as a troop leader. In 2007–08, he served for over ten weeks in Helmand, Afghanistan, but was pulled out after an Australian magazine revealed his presence there. He returned to Afghanistan for a 20-week deployment in 2012–13 with the Army Air Corps. He left the army in June 2015.

Prince Harry will lose important royal role after giving Frogmore keys back to King

Prince Harry is set to lose another Royal role as the deadline for him and Meghan to leave their former residence of Frogmore Cottage has passed.

The historic Grade II listed home was the Duke and Duchess of Sussexes' UK home since their wedding in 2018, the Mirror reports.

However, they were evicted from the Windsor property earlier this year by the King and their final remaining possessions were shipped out to their home in Montecito, California this week.However a royal expert has now revealed that as Harry does no longer have a home in the UK, he cannot continue to act as Counsellor of State.

Royal commentator Richard Fitzwilliams told The Sun : "Losing their UK home without a replacement is a huge deal."The most important aspect as far as Harry is concerned is that it means he can no longer act as a Counsellor of State."That’s hugely important because in theory he had the right, in the event of the King being incapacitated, to do this.”Counsellors of State carry out official duties of the Sovereign such as signing documents.The current Counsellors of State are The Queen Consort, The Prince of Wales, The Duke of Sussex, The Duke of York and Princess Beatrice.Last year Charles asked his other siblings Princess Anne and Princess Edward if they would like to be added to the list.The proposed change was read out in front of the House of Lords, which stated that adding Anne and Edward would "ensure continued efficiency of public business when I'm unavailable, such as while I'm undertaking official duties overseas."Harry and Meghan have officially been left 'homeless' in the UK and will need to make a 'deal' with the King if they wish to return to Britain and want to stay at any royal residences in the future.The last
