Matty Healy is standing up for what’s right! The 1975 frontman and his band were all set to perform at Good Vibes Festival in Malaysia on Friday.

The concert was set to take place in Kuala Lumpur, but was cut short when the 34-year-old suddenly gave a speech mid-show about how he almost canceled due to the country’s anti-LGBT laws.
