The women in the royal family have an extensive collection of magnificent jewellery items from stunning tiaras to sparkling brooches, earrings and necklaces. However, one of the most iconic pieces is one that used to belong to the late Princess Diana which was her dazzling 18-carat sapphire and diamond ring. The beautiful ring now sits on Kate Middleton's left hand after Prince William presented it to her when he proposed to her in 2010 after years of dating. The Princess of Wales proudly showed off the gorgeous jewel during their engagement photos and many have envied the iconic piece since, including Prince Harry who had reportedly hoped to give it to his own wife one day.
