Prince Harry has been slammed by his BetterUp colleagues for doing "zero" work in his role as Chief Impact Officer. The San Francisco-based tech company hired the 38-year-old prince back in 2021, and it's reported he earns a staggering seven-figure salary whilst doing the role. But his co-workers have recently been skeptical over how much work the royal actually does, after 100 employees were let go in recent weeks.

The Mirror reports that Prince Harry's job often involves him making public speeches where he talks about things that motivate him, as well as warning of the dangers of burnout.

But some employees have been questioning what he actually brings to the role on a day-to-day basis. One employee hit out at Harry, saying: “Every article mentions his role at BetterUp then goes on to roast [him and Meghan Markle]...

The juice isn't worth the squeeze."Criticising BetterUp as an organisation, the employee told The Daily Beast: 'We're all there because of the same bull**** story they keep telling us: 'We're mission driven, and the mission is going to change the world’.”Even more harshly, another colleague told the Daily Mail how they didn't know what Harry even contributed to the business.
