It is a fresh blow for the couple amid ongoing rows over Omid Scobie's bombshell book release.The Duke and Duchess of Sussex have reportedly not received an invite to what's set to be the "society wedding of the year", as Duke Hugh Grosvenor ties the knot with Olivia Henson at Chester Cathedral in June.
King Charles, Queen Camilla, and the Prince and Princess of Wales have made the list, according to reports in the Mirror. Hugh is a close friend of the royals and seems to have decided to avoid inviting the Sussexes "to avoid a family clash in the House of Windsor."Prince William is reportedly tipped to be the best man, as Hugh is the godfather of his son, Prince George.
Hugh is also the godfather to Prince Archie, so the exclusion will come as a huge blow particularly to Harry, who was close to the Duke.
