Kim Richards is reportedly struggling with her sobriety after years of being transparent about her addiction on “The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills.”According to TMZ, Kim was involved in a dispute with sister, Kyle Richards, on Wednesday over the former reality star’s alleged relapse into her alcohol addiction.A spokesperson for the Los Angeles Police Department confirmed to People that law enforcement responded to an incident at a home in the Encino, Calif., area.

A source also told the outlet that Kyle, 55, owns a home, which Kim, 60, has allegedly been living in.The spokesperson told the outlet that officers responded to “keep the peace” after a female reportedly violated a restraining order.

After conducting their investigation, law enforcement determined that there was no order on file and no crimes took place.“Both parties were informed of the eviction process, and officers kept the peace,” added officials, who did not confirm Kim and Kyle’s alleged involvement in the incident.TMZ also reported that the family has currently cut off all contact with Kim in hopes the shut-out will help her get sober again.According to the outlet, Kim was staying in a Hilton hotel in the L.A.
