Phil Neville's former home is looking for a new owner once again after being put back up for sale. The triplex penthouse, which spans the 44th, 45th and 46th floors of the prestigious Beetham Tower, is now back on the market - with £750,000 slashed off its asking price.
Over the last 15 years, the former Manchester United player's home has been taken on and off the likes of Rightmove and Zoopla, and has been subjected to various price cuts.
The football manager first put his lavish home up for sale back in 2010 for an eye-watering £4 million. As it struggled to sell, the three-storey flat was rented out for a reported £15,000 per month before being renovated and put back on the market once again.
It was then listed again on Zoopla for £3.5 million back in July 2020, but after no interest, its price was slashed by £750,000 in March 2021.
