In 2007–08, he served for over ten weeks in Helmand, Afghanistan, but was pulled out after an Australian magazine revealed his presence there. He returned to Afghanistan for a 20-week deployment in 2012–13 with the Army Air Corps. He left the army in June 2015.

Kate Middleton's health is "very worrying" and she might be out of action for "longer than we think" after her abdominal operation, according to a TV news host and royal expert.The Princess of Wales underwent the unexpected procedure last week, and the Royal Family has said she'll be off-duty until spring.

Now GB News host Nana Akua has said there are now "not many" working royals left due to King Charles' slimmed-down monarchy, leading to concerns over Kate.

Guest and royal expert Lizzie Cundy continued: "From what I hear it was a very big operation, and she's really got to take her time to get well with this.

So she's going to be out of action for a long time, maybe longer than we think. So it's very worrying." Nana also spoke about King Charles' health, after he announced he'd be treated for an enlarged prostate, saying: "And sadly the news about King Charles, I think it was unbelievable he was so open about this illness.
