Persimmon West Scotland hands over new homes in Lanarkshire development to Sanctuary Scotland

Nineteen high-quality new homes will help people in housing need in a Lanarkshire town as a house-builder handed over the first seven properties.The homes form part of Persimmon’s Royale Meadows development in Muirhead and have now been transferred to Sanctuary Scotland, one of the country's leading housing associations, who will manage the mixture of two and three-bedroom properties.Persimmon West Scotland land director Craig Moore, met with Gillian Lavety, development director from Sanctuary Scotland, to mark the first homes being transferred to the Housing Association.The Lanarkshire Live app is available to download now.
