North Lanarkshire council tenants being asked to participate in survey on services

Residents living in some council homes in North Lanarkshire will be asked to participate in a face-to-face survey in the coming weeks, to give their views on the quality of the housing services they receive.

The independent survey aims to gather essential feedback on various aspects of housing services, including tenant satisfaction, housing quality, rent levels, estate management and measures to address antisocial behaviour.Stephen Llewellyn, the council’s chief officer (housing management), said: “We want honest opinions from our tenants about all aspects of our housing service, so we can see what is working well and what we could look to improve upon.The Lanarkshire Live app is available to download now.
