My 600lb Life star Larry Myers Jr. has sadly passed away just a few days after his birthday. Larry tragically lost his life on June 13, three days after he celebrating turning 49 on June 10.

Larry found fame when he appeared on an episode of My 600lb Life that aired in January 2022 - and sadly he's not the only person to die after appearing on the show.

At the time of the episode, Larry weighed 940 lbs and was seeking to undergo a second weight loss surgery, after the results from his first didn’t last and he regained the weight.

Throughout the course of the episode, Larry showed a renewed commitment to following a healthy lifestyle and lost more than 100 pounds.
