Eleanor James has been suffering with migraines for the last 10 years. They use to happen every few months or so. But as she's got older they've become more frequent - and occasionally much more severe.
Migraine attacks can be very exhausting. Symptoms include severe head pain, nausea and vomiting, sensitivity to light, and visual disturbances.
Eleanor, from Glossop, lives with a rare type of migraine called hemiplegic migraines. When an attack strikes it can cause temporary weakness down one side of the body, confusion, speech difficulties and visual disturbances.
The junior marketing account manager says she was once taken to hospital for a suspected stroke, due to the loss of control of one half of her body because of a migraine. "I've been having migraines for around 10 years now, they only use to happen every few months but as I've gotten older they happen at least once a week and can sometimes last for days," she said. "As my migraine attacks became more frequent the symptoms also changed so I occasionally now have hemiplegic migraine attacks. "This means I sometimes lose control of one side of my body, at first it was really scary as the doctors took me into hospital with a suspected stroke.
