The Duchess of Sussex, 41, beamed as she protectively held her little girl while crouching on the ground, so she could support her in front of all the moving cars.
A string of vintage vehicles beeped as they went past down the road, while people inside waved American flags excitedly. Lilibet, who turned two last month, wore a blue and white patterned dress, knee-high white socks and red Mary Jane shoes.
Meghan, meanwhile, opted for her trademark casual look in a shirt, light blue faded jeans and pumps for the day out. The royal ensured her identity was shielded with a pair of sunglasses while out in public, and put her brunette mane into a simple ponytail as she focused on giving her daughter a wonderful day out.
