The driver of a car worth well over £100,000 has had his vehicle seized by Greater Manchester Police after an early morning incident on a road in the city centre.
McLaren, who manufacture the car, describes it as "equally at home on the track as it is on the open road" The McLaren supercar was stopped by a GMP motorbike officer outside All Saints Park on Oxford Road in the early hours of Monday morning, after the driver was spotted driving the vehicle in "anti-social manner".
It was seen driving through Rusholme before being stopped just short of Mancunian Way. Most McLaren supercars are worth in the range of £100,000 for a car that can do 0-60mph in three seconds or less, to the McLaren P1, which typically sells for more than £1 million.
