Martha Stewart Called Out By Fans For 'Capturing' An Iceberg For Cruise Cocktails

Many fans took to the comments of her post, calling Martha out for admitting that the ship “captured” an iceberg just to cool drinks, and then lectured her on climate change. “‘If you can’t find fresh icebergs for your cocktails store bought is fine,’” one follower wrote, as if providing an excuse in conversation, while another wrote, “Martha the ice caps are melting don’t put them in your drink.” Another follower then called the post entirely “tone deaf.” “I generally love Martha and the excesses of her life because she’s about beautiful gardens, homes, and food, but wealthy white people drinking their iceberg cocktails while the planet is in flames is a bit tone deaf,” they wrote in the comments. Martha was called out by many more of them for her thoughts about remote workers.
