Antony is the latest Manchester United player to succumb to injury. The Brazilian has missed the Premier League fixture at Everton with a knock and he has been deemed not match-fit.

Antony's absence has prompted the promotion of academy striker Joe Hugill. The 20-year-old has been included in the United squad for the first time at Everton.

United are also without Rasmus Hojlund, who failed a fitness test. Hojlund sustained a hamstring injury in the second half of the 1-0 win against Luton Town on November 11.
