A man who ‘violently resisted arrest’ was caught with hundreds of pounds-worth of Class A drugs stashed in a Kinder egg. Police stormed an address linked to Ryan Moss, on Boundary Lane North, Cuddington last month.

There they discovered a Kinder egg capsule which contained a stash of cocaine and ketamine valued at approximately £225. Several mobile phones were also seized.

Moss, of Waterbank Row, Northwich, “violently resisted arrest” but was then brought under control by officers using captor spray shortly after 7am on September 6. A hearing is set to take place to determine what happens to the items. On Thursday (October 5) Moss was jailed for three years at Chester Crown Court after pleading guilty to being concerned in the supply of class A (cocaine) and class B (ketamine) drugs between June 21 and September 6 of this year.
