Both the Premier League and City will make lengthy legal representations, outlining their case. Back in August, Premier League boss Richard Masters stated that it was "time to resolve" the ongoing case against City. "It's been going on for a number of years and I think it's self-evident that the case needs to be heard and answered," he said.
