Man attacked in East Kilbride as police appeal for witnesses to come forward

Police are appealing for information following an assault in East Kilbride.The incident happened around 6.30pm on Friday, 15 March, on Glen Moriston.A 49-year-old man was taken to hospital for treatment.Detective Constable Graeme Easton said: “Our enquiries are ongoing and we are appealing to anyone who may have witnessed this to contact us.The Lanarkshire Live app is available to download now.
