And another snap saw her pose while in the gym while wearing a pink sports bra and leggings. Luisa's personal trainer shared some of the photos to his own Instagram, which he captioned: "This is Luisa, Luisa has lost 8kg (18lbs) in the last 5 months, whilst still living life how she wants!
Celebrating her birthday in style, partying, socialising, entertaining, running a huge podcast… the list goes on." The former Celebrity Big Brother star then added her own messages, which read: "I feel amazing!
So fit, healthy and strong. I’ve never been fitter in my life! "I love the definition in my arms & abs and there is no better feeling than that rush after 5am workout with Ted.
