London TV Screenings: More International Sales Houses Among 29-Strong Line-Up

A record number of international distributors will be at the London TV Screenings in 2024. Some 29 sales houses will be represented at the Screenings, which take place between Monday 26 February and Friday 1 March next year.

This is up slightly on last year. The four founders — All3Media International, Banijay, Fremantle and ITV Studios — and a host of UK distribs such as Abacus Media Rights, Cineflix Rights and Passion Distribution will be joined by the likes of Germany’s Beta Film, France’s Federation Studios, Newen Connect and Studiocanal, Israel’s Keshet International and Scandinavia’s Viaplay Content Distribution and Eccho Rights.

All of the main U.S. studios, bar Disney, will screen with Fox Entertainment Global, NBCUniversal Formats, Paramount Global Content Distribution and Warner Bros.

Lionsgate and Fifth Season are also on the line-up. “The London TV Screenings 2024 is set to be even bigger than the 2023 event, which is no mean feat in these challenging times,” said a London TV Screenings spokesperson. “Having been a ‘must-attend’ for London-headquartered distributors for many years, the event is now warmly welcoming more participants from overseas, so it is really becoming a pivotal moment in the calendar that will continue to grow and evolve from one year to the next.” This year’s event attracted 28 distributors, which was up 87% on the 2022 edition as the world continued to open up after the Covid pandemic.
