Wallace Primary, Todholm Primary and St James Primary in Renfrewshire are on a list released by health chiefs on Wednesday. Investigations are also ongoing at Carntyne Primary, St Albert’s Primary and Kelvinside Academy in Glasgow and Edinbarnet Primary in West Dunbartonshire.
Public health staff are in the process of tracing all close contacts and advising them to self-isolate. Anyone who has not been contacted is urged to continue attending school as normal as there is currently no evidence on transmission within the education hubs.
