Lewis Capaldi has hinted that he is still struggling with his mental health while he's finishing off his US tour. The Wish You The Best singer took to Instagram for a Q&A session with fans yesterday, as he detailed how his stateside run of gigs will soon be coming to an end, and made some veiled suggestions that he's starting to find it hard to be so far from home. It's the biggest ever sold-out headline tour of North America that the young Scots star has ever been on and has seen him perform at iconic locations including Nashville since he's been on the road since January.
