The musician went viral on Saturday after posting a TikTok of himself proclaiming that summer was over and it was time for fall. “Grab your big scarf,” said the “Hunger Games” actor in the video. “It’s the first day of fall.”In the Tiktok — which has gained nearly six million views — Kravitz, 59, can be seen strutting through a park wearing denim jeans and mustard yellow shoes as well as a black shirt and brown leather jacket.
The “I Belong to You” singer also donned sunglasses and the aforementioned big scarf — which could have easily been mistaken for a huge blanket.
Kravitz’s five-second video also marked his first-ever appearance on the app and users were delighted. “Lenny Kravitz is our Mariah Carey for fall,” declared one fan. “I can’t imagine anyone else I’d rather have tell me that it’s the first day of fall,” added a second person. “Who better to announce fall than the Lenny Kravitz,” questioned a third user.
One concerned user also questioned if Kravitz felt warm while using the scarf.Additionally, the “Low” singer managed to win the support of The Weather Channel who commented that “We’re here for it.” The Post reached out to Kravitz for comment.
