Lanarkshire housing provider insists it has kept its promises to tenants

A housing provider has marked a significant milestone on delivering on promises to tenants since it acquired Wishaw & District Housing Association.Trust Housing Association took over following the transfer of engagements from WDHA in December 2019 with the aim of delivering a series of projects.The number one promise made was to freeze rent and service charges for three years from the transfer until March 2023.The Lanarkshire Live app is available to download now.
