Formed in New York in 1999, the band's last five albums have all been in the Top 5 in the UK charts. Last year was another landmark year for The National, with the release of two studio albums: ‘First Two Pages of Frankenstein’ in April, and a surprise companion album, ‘Laugh Track’, released in September.

They celebrated these releases with a UK tour that included two sold-out nights at London’s Alexandra Palace. Tickets are now on sale here. August 31 - September 1, 2024 Founder and creator of the Happy Placebrand, Fearne Cotton, has announced the second wave of guests who will be joining her at the 2024 Happy Place festival.
