King Charles and Prince William could show unexpected support for Prince Harry by attending the Invictus Games when they come to Birmingham in 2027.The West Midlands city recently received confirmation that it will host the sports tournament in three years, the first time the UK has done so since the debut of the games in London in 2014.Prince Harry founded Invictus together with Sir Keith Mills as well as the Royal Foundation owned by Prince William and Kate Middleton.

This move suggests a royal presence at the games could be on the cards.Former Royal butler Grant Harrold chatted to Slingo about the possibility of Harry spending more time on British soil in the coming months and years, the Express reports.

Harrold conveyed: "To come back to his home to see the Games here will therefore mean a lot to him. Members of the family will also definitely support him with this. "As it is in the UK, it will be nice to think his father and brother will attend, and it is certainly possible that they will."Despite the tension between the Sussexes and the rest of the Royal Family, Harrold is of the opinion that Harry still holds a sense of pride for Britain and might be feeling homesick. He continued: "I think Harry will be looking to increase his time in the UK.

I heard he may be looking for a house too, which doesn't surprise me. Join the Daily Record' s WhatsApp community here and get the latest news sent straight to your messages. "His whole life was based in the UK for so many years, and to get up and walk away from that is simply impossible.
