ok.co.ukKerry Katona has broken down crying after re-living "heavy" trauma in her life, whilst recording her audiobook.The 42 year old former Atomic Kitten star took to Instagram to share a video where she could be seen sat in a studio after recording six chapters of her audiobook, Whole Again.
Dressed in a multicoloured hoodie with her hair in a ponytail and make-up free, Kerry could be seen wiping a tear from under her eye.
Speaking to the camera, she said: "Well, this has been a real, real..." as she trailed off to collect herself – her emotions clear to see.
Continuing, she said: "I have managed to do six chapters." Holding back tears, she whispered: "It's been really tough. But I'm ready to go home and have a cry." Pouting at the camera, Kerry admitted: "It's been really tough".
