Charlotte Dawson was seen breaking down in tears as she opened up about the extent of the trolling she receives as she prepares to welcome her second child.

The reality star and her fiance Matthew Sarsfield are preparing to welcome their 'rainbow baby' after suffering a heartbreaking miscarriage.

The loved-up couple revealed that "three will become four" after they welcomed their first child, son Noah, in 2020. "We are just over the moon to grow our little fambo," Charlotte said on social media back in February.

Charlotte has since been sharing updates from her second pregnancy with her loyal social media followers and regularly shows off her blossoming baby bump.
