Jonathan Majors' Accuser Grace Jabbari Will Not Be Prosecuted, New Filing from D.A.'s Office Reveals Despite Media Reports

Back in March, the Marvel actor was arrested in Manhattan and charged with accounts of assault and aggravated harassment following an alleged dispute with his then-girlfriend Grace Jabbari.
He pleaded not guilty to four charges and faces up to one year in jail if convicted. The Messenger reports that the Office of the Deputy Commissioner, Public Information (DCPI) for the New York Police Department will soon file a domestic violence charge against Grace.
Law enforcement sources told the outlet that Grace “will be issued a desk appearance ticket, which police issue to require a suspect to appear in court to answer charges.” Despite this new report, Variety has obtained a new 115-page filing that was submitted by the Manhattan District Attorney’s office in response to Jonathan‘s attempt to dismiss the case.
